What To Bring

  • Yoga Mat & Props

    Please bring your yoga mat and props as we'll practice at least 2-3 times a weekend in short or long bursts. Also know that we will be seated quite a bit so if you need to bring a pillow, blanket or cushion for support please do!

  • What you need to take Notes

    Please bring a notebook, your laptop or device to take notes. We will be providing you with a binder for all your guides, lectures, homework sheets and a notebook as well but just incase you have your own system of note taking have that handy.

  • Lunch, Snacks & Water

    Our lectures especially on Saturday and Sunday are 7-8 hours long. We take plenty of breaks but I encourage you to bring snacks, a lunch etc and water. There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and food places around too but always great to be prepared

Please note that we will be practicing at least every time we meet with a variety of different teachers in line with what we are learning but also to build our own mindfulness, asana and personal practice.

Class links will be provided if you need to practice online and also uploaded for you to view within the week as some of these classes will have homework tied to them. You'll also have unlimited access to online classes through wildroga.com for the duration of this program. We will have information about in person classes at Union 108 upon the first week.
